As we complete orders, email notifications are sent out with USPS tracking information. Delivery expectations from the time of completion of your order (not when you place your order) are: 3-5 days for the Continental US; 5-10 days to HI, AK, PR, and Guam. International shipping is anywhere between 10-30 days especially with COVID-19 delays factored in. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery windows.

It takes a lot of time for us to get through restock drop sale orders bc everything is handmade so please be patient :,)

EARRINGS ARE MADE FOR SENSITIVE EARS
The hooks we use are either hypoallergenic (nickel free metal) or real 14k gold filled which will not irritate or tarnish. Everyone is different, so if you are ultra-sensitive and have a reaction, reach out and we can discuss.
JADE'S AFFORDABLE PRICES
The reason Jade was able to make my gold products so affordable is bc we have good suppliers and due to the fact that Jade never wanted to take advantage of her customers and overcharge like other jewelers do. She understood that she appealed to a young audience where most don’t have jobs yet or don’t have much money to be spending, so she tried to sell them at reasonable prices! We only make a small profit and will continue pricing as Jade would have wanted :)
JADE'S CHARITY
Jade tragically passed away on August 21, 2020. We as a family are devastated but have chosen to continue her legacy since she put her heart and soul into creating her business. We have established a charity in Jade's name to benefit adolescents and young adults who suffer from mood disorders. A portion of the sales from Jade Lee Jewelry will go directly to the charity. Personal donations to support this cause will also be accepted.
